All billing information is securly processed, and is not kept on file with LabTesting Direct. All lab results are confidential, and are not kept on file with LabTesting Direct. Billing information and lab results are processed separately to maintain confidentiality. The type of test ordered is also kept confidential. Credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement as "LTD."

For online purchases, LabTesting Direct accepts all four major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. All billing and personal information is transmitted through the internet using secure encryted (SSL) technology. On average, you will receive your results within a week, depending upon the type of test ordered.
